At Simms Fishing, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 60 days of purchase provided they are in new, unused condition with original tags.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the return slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
